Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR compliance for a growing team.
Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, benefits administration, HR record keeping, performance support, and advising managers on policies and employee development.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 2+ years HR experience, strong communication, discretion, and familiarity with HRIS and employment law.
