Job Description
GeBBS seeks a Workforce Management Assistant Manager to lead forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, real-time operations and WFM analytics for our contact center. Create short- and long-term forecasts, align staffing, build schedules, manage intraday issues, monitor service levels and adherence, and produce reports to improve staffing efficiency and forecast accuracy. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business/Statistics/Math, 5+ years WFM experience, NICE IEX/Verint/Aspect or similar, advanced Excel; SQL/BI a plus. Full-time, permanent, in-person. Salary from Php60,00/month. Benefits: insurance, paid training, leave, company events.
