Job Description
Tempwell Company seeks an HR Supervisor to lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR administration. You will ensure HR practices align with company policy and Philippine labor law, support performance management, maintain records, prepare compliance reports, and assist with facilities and workplace safety. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, has 2–3 years of HR experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and is willing to work in Muntinlupa City. Full-time, in-person role. Pay up to Php30,00 per month.
