Job Description
JS Macro Corporation seeks a Human Resource Staff to manage payroll and timekeeping, recruitment, onboarding and orientation, employee records, employee relations support and benefits administration. Full-time, on-site role with salary Php16,00–Php18,00/month. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related; 0–1+ year HR or administrative experience (fresh graduates considered); strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in MS Office; organized, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information. Key competencies: time management, teamwork, professionalism and integrity, problem-solving and ability to work under minimal supervision.
