Job Description
Full-time, hybrid role providing first-level technical support for workstations and applications. You will handle incoming requests, clarify user requirements, resolve routine issues, log calls in a ticketing system, coordinate PC configuration and installations, assist with chargeback reports, and escalate complex problems to specialized teams. Required: Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training, or equivalent experience; at least one year of related support or customer-service experience; familiarity with PC, LAN, mainframe/distributed systems, and telecommunications; ability to analyze and gather information to resolve routine technical issues.
