Job Description
Deliver pre-move, move-day and post-move support for household goods and relocation clients. Handle booking inquiries, scheduling, inventory updates, claims/refunds intake, de-escalations, and coordinate with Dispatch, Accounting and Operations. Accurately record interactions in CRM, meet KPIs, and join training and process updates. Requirements: 2+ years in BPO/logistics/moving customer service, strong spoken and written English for US customers, phone support, CRM/ticketing/softphone familiarity, moving/storage or freight experience; US hours; full-time, in-person.
