Job Description
Xentro Malls seeks a Leasing Officer with 2–3 years’ relevant experience, preferably 2 years in property management or lease marketing at a supervisory level. Degree in Marketing, Business or Property Management required. The role demands strong leasing operations knowledge, tenant negotiation and management skills, and deep understanding of mall/retail and real estate sectors. You will fill vacancies, optimize area value and profitability, increase occupancy, design tenant zoning and mix, set rental matrices, achieve projected payback through targeted rental rates, manage tenant documentation, and act as the leasing point person during the mall’s first year.
