Job Description
The Restaurant Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across branches, lead kitchen and front-of-house teams, ensure exceptional guest service, control inventory and costs, and collaborate on menus and specials. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree preferred and at least 3 years’ restaurant management experience, strong leadership, POS and inventory software familiarity, and flexibility for weekends and holidays. Full-time role based in Taguig City with a salary of Php30,00–Php35,00/month. Benefits include health insurance, employee discounts, staff meals, pay raises, and promotion opportunities.
