Job Description
We are mass hiring Hotel Booking Specialists across our Metro Manila sites. One-day hiring process; no BPO experience required. As a Customer Service/Call Center Agent you will handle reservation inquiries via email and chat, modify or cancel bookings per hotel policy, troubleshoot booking issues, promote deals and upgrades, and suggest process improvements to enhance guest experience. We offer up to ₱28,00/month (higher with experience), ₱30,00 signing bonus, 13th & 14th month pay, HMO from day one (up to 3 dependents), paid training, 30 paid leaves, performance bonus, night differential, weekends off, and potential hybrid/WFH after 1 year. Full-time, permanent; in-person.
