We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to deliver friendly, professional assistance to customers via phone, email and chat. You will resolve inquiries, process orders, and escalate issues to relevant teams while maintaining excellent service standards.
Key responsibilities: respond promptly to customer requests, document interactions in the CRM, follow up on open cases, and contribute to process improvements. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and patience are essential.
Requirements: minimum 1 year in customer service, fluent English, basic computer skills, and ability to work in shifts. Positive attitude and team spirit preferred.
