Job Description
We are seeking an experienced L2 Technical Support engineer to resolve escalated technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and liaise with engineering. You will mentor L1 agents, manage complex tickets, maintain documentation, and ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Required: 2–4 years support experience, strong networking and systems knowledge, familiarity with ticketing systems, and excellent communication skills. Certifications (CCNA, CompTIA) are a plus.
