Job Description
JIB Davao seeks a full-time Student Mentor / Learner Leadership Coach. Must hold a degree in Education, Counseling, or Psychology and have at least 2 years’ experience as a student mentor. Responsibilities: manage student discipline and behavior; develop and moderate student leaders and facilitate leadership trainings; oversee student clubs; design and organize career guidance programs; assist in planning school events; lead community engagement; and serve as a trusted mentor.
