Job Description
Join us as a Customer Support Analyst 2, responsible for resolving complex customer issues, managing escalations, and improving support processes. You will analyze ticket trends, provide technical and account-related assistance, and ensure SLA compliance. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to reproduce problems, suggest fixes, and create clear knowledge-base articles. Use CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and basic data queries to drive continuous improvement. Requirements: 2+ years in customer or technical support, excellent English communication, strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) and basic SQL preferred. Professional, customer-focused mindset and ability to work in shifts.
