Job Description

We are hiring an Employee Compliance Manager to develop and maintain compliance programs, policies and controls that ensure adherence to laws, regulations and internal standards across the company.

Key duties include conducting risk assessments and audits, investigating incidents, delivering training, advising management, and liaising with regulators to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or related field; 5+ years in compliance or risk management; strong analytical, communication and leadership skills; attention to detail and integrity.
