Job Description
Provide outsourced support for medical billing, reimbursement, and related services. Act as liaison for problem-solving, research, and dispute resolution, applying company policies to routine tasks and escalating complex issues. Requires high school diploma, 2–4 years’ experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Follow established procedures, consult senior staff for unusual problems.
