Job Description
We are seeking an HR Shared Services professional to manage payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, and employee inquiries. You will ensure timely, accurate HR operations and support cross-functional HR projects.
Responsibilities include processing payroll, maintaining HR records, responding to employee requests, coordinating onboarding, and improving service processes.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 2+ years in HR operations, proficiency with HRIS and MS Office, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
