Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, lead staff, ensure excellent guest service, manage inventory and ordering, oversee scheduling, and maintain health and safety standards. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of restaurant supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, basic financial knowledge (cost control, cash handling), and the ability to work flexible hours. Responsibilities include training and supervising team members, assisting with recruitment and performance reviews, resolving customer issues, and improving service efficiency.
