Job Description
Blue Collar Manpower Services, Inc. seeks a Multi Skilled Technician. Prefer technical–vocational graduate with 2+ years in property management. Responsibilities: inspect common areas and MEP rooms; hourly equipment monitoring/logging; troubleshoot AC, generators, elevators, pumps; assist preventive maintenance; monitor fit‑out compliance; record electric/water readings; report issues and handle emergencies. Full‑time, permanent. Salary Php25,00–30,00/month. On-site in Taguig; reliable commute or relocation required. Driver’s license and Senior High/Service Technician experience preferred.
