Job Description
Join Questronix Corporation as a Document Analyst to convert vendor runbooks, diagrams and inventories into accurate, standardized in-house documentation. You will validate documents against real systems, create SOP templates, workflows and support guides, maintain version control in SharePoint/Confluence/CMDB, and ensure knowledge transfer through training materials. Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with SMEs to complete records.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Information Management, Communications or related; course in data analysis or technical writing preferred; minimum 2 years’ experience as a Document Analyst; must work full onsite in Cubao.
