Job Description
Questronix Corporation seeks a Business Architect to design and operationalize a new in-house service model. You will align services with business strategy and value streams, analyze current-state processes and IT dependencies, define future-state operations, map business capabilities to IT services, identify gaps and propose governance and workflow solutions, partner with Service Owners on SLAs/OLAs, assess transition impacts, and produce process documentation to ensure readiness. Requirements: Bachelor’s in IT, Management or related; 3+ years as Business Architect; preferred certifications: Certified Business Architect, Enterprise Architecture, ITIL; must be able to work fully onsite in Cubao.
