Job Description
We are hiring a Bankruptcy Case Coordinator to manage client files, calendar deadlines, and coordinate communications with courts, trustees, and attorneys. You will prepare documents, monitor case progress, and ensure compliance with bankruptcy procedures.
Responsibilities include filing and tracking pleadings, organizing client intake, maintaining accurate case data, and assisting with motions and hearings scheduling.
Requirements: 1–3 years in bankruptcy or legal services, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with case management software, and excellent written and verbal communication.
Reliable, team-oriented candidate with ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines preferred.
