Job Description
First Sumiden Circuits, Inc. seeks a Production Planner to create and manage efficient manufacturing schedules, aligning materials, labor, and equipment with demand to deliver on time while controlling costs. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and at least 4 years in production planning (electronics preferred). Must have strong Production Planning & Control knowledge, ERP/MRP skills, inventory control, and LEAN experience. Key duties: daily/weekly/monthly scheduling, resource coordination, inventory management, demand planning with stakeholders, process optimization, bottleneck resolution, and performance reporting. Strong analytical, communication, and cross-department collaboration skills are essential.
