Job Description
We are seeking a Business Process Analyst II to lead process improvement initiatives, map and optimize workflows, analyze performance metrics, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to implement changes. You will document requirements, design solutions with BPM tools, support testing and roll-out, and deliver training and reports to ensure measurable efficiency gains.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; 5+ years in process analysis; strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience with process modeling (BPMN), SQL, Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
