Job Description
Hire Hangar seeks a proactive Business Development Representative to drive outbound sales for AI and emerging technologies. Remote (US time zones). You will identify and engage high-potential North American prospects via email, social and phone; qualify leads and schedule discovery calls with decision-makers; and collaborate with sales and marketing on targeting. Leverage AI-driven sales tools (Gong, Apollo, Lavender, ChatGPT) to personalize outreach and streamline workflows. Required: 1–3 years outbound B2B/BDR experience, proven prospecting and qualification success, strong communication and persuasion skills, and willingness to work US hours.
