Job Description
Hire Hangar seeks an SDR Manager to lead our Sales Development Representatives and own the outbound operational backbone. You will coach SDRs to meet outreach and meeting targets, design scalable workflows, and maintain automations using HubSpot, Zapier, and GoHighLevel. Oversee CRM hygiene, lead routing, sequences, and reporting; build performance dashboards in Excel; and continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and KPIs. Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing. Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years in SDR leadership or SDR operations, strong technical skills, an analytical mindset, and a process-oriented approach.
