Job Description
General Trias Medical Center and Hospital seeks an IT Associate. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, 1-2 years IT staff experience (hospital exposure preferred), and proficiency in MS Office. Responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners; troubleshooting and maintaining systems; supporting BIZBOX; responding promptly to service requests; creating user accounts; repairing and replacing equipment; documenting procedures; testing new technologies; supporting application roll-outs; and mentoring junior staff.
