Job Description
Execute collection procedures to meet branch NPL targets: review delinquent accounts daily, identify root causes, cure and prevent delinquencies via calls/SMS, prepare collection letters/statements/re-pricing notices, monitor dishonored checks and PDC replenishment, submit approved pullout cheques to COD for pre-terminated accounts, monitor online payments, update and file reports, and coordinate with the Regional Collection Officer and team. Requirements: Business graduate, strong communication, 1 year collections experience (fresh grads welcome). Full-time, onsite.
