Job Description
We are seeking an organized Shipping and Purchasing Administrator to join our onsite operations. You will coordinate shipments, manage purchase orders, maintain supplier relations, and ensure inventory accuracy.
Key duties include scheduling shipments, processing invoices and purchase requests, tracking deliveries, negotiating with vendors, and maintaining procurement records using ERP systems.
Requirements: 2+ years in shipping or purchasing, strong communication, attention to detail, MS Office and ERP proficiency, and ability to work onsite full-time.
