Job Description
As a Patient Relations Specialist you will advocate for patients, manage inquiries and appointments, resolve complaints, coordinate between clinical teams and families, and maintain accurate records to improve patient experience. Key responsibilities include patient communication, feedback collection, service recovery, and collaboration with nursing and administrative staff. Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, social work, or related field; 1–2 years in patient services or customer relations; strong verbal and written communication, empathy, conflict resolution, and basic medical terminology. Proficiency in electronic medical records and bilingual ability is a plus.
