Job Description
We are hiring a Compensation and Benefits HR Associate to manage salary structures, benefits programs, and payroll coordination.
Responsibilities include benchmarking, data analysis, benefits administration, policy compliance, record keeping, and supporting C&B projects.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1–3 years C&B experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, confidentiality, and effective communication.
