Job Description
Lead DoubleDragon’s customer service team, handling and resolving escalated guest concerns while tracking trends and improvements. Provide weekly needs analyses with clear action plans and recommendations. Identify coaching and training needs, create learning modules, conduct workshops, and present results. Oversee new hire certification, monitoring, and prepare performance rating reports. Set and manage departmental audit activities, measure guest satisfaction metrics, and drive service excellence. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
