Job Description
We seek a Claims Adjudication Manager to lead claims review, ensure accurate payments, enforce regulatory compliance, and streamline adjudication workflows. You will manage a team of adjudicators, set quality standards, liaise with clinical and provider networks, and implement process improvements and KPI reporting.
Requirements: 5+ years in claims adjudication or medical claims operations, strong leadership and analytical skills, knowledge of payer regulations and coding, proficiency with claims systems, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Attention to detail and effective communication are essential.
