Job Description
We seek a Guest Experience Expert to create memorable stays by anticipating guest needs, resolving issues and delivering personalized service across front desk, concierge and guest relations.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check-ins/outs, handling inquiries and complaints, coordinating services with departments, and maintaining guest records to ensure satisfaction.
Ideal candidate has excellent communication, problem-solving skills, empathy, attention to detail, and 1+ year in hospitality or customer service. Flexible schedule, fluency in English, and familiarity with PMS systems preferred.
