Job Description
WHO Health Emergencies WPRO seeks a Consultant – Monitoring and Evaluation to strengthen surveillance, program monitoring, and evaluation of emergency responses across the Western Pacific Region.
Responsibilities include designing M&E frameworks, developing indicators and tools, conducting data quality assessments, analyzing results, and producing timely reports to inform decision-making.
Qualifications: advanced degree in public health, epidemiology or related field; 5+ years M&E experience in health emergencies; strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder coordination skills; proficiency in English.
