Job Description
Lead our talent strategy as Strategic Talent Manager: design and execute workforce planning, talent acquisition, development programs and succession planning to align skills with business goals. Collaborate with leaders to forecast needs, build employer brand, implement data-driven recruitment and retention initiatives, and measure talent metrics. Ideal candidate has 5+ years in talent/HR, strong strategic and stakeholder-management skills, experience with talent analytics and change management, and a degree in HR or related field. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive a culture of continuous development.
