Job Description
Lead a high-performing Payments Operations team responsible for daily payment processing, reconciliation, exception handling, and settlement across multiple channels. Ensure operational excellence by enforcing SLAs, regulatory compliance, fraud controls, and audit readiness. Improve workflows, implement automation, and liaise with banking partners and technology teams to resolve incidents. Mentor staff, manage capacity and performance, and report operational metrics to senior management. Requirements: 3+ years in payments operations, proven team leadership, strong analytical and process-improvement skills, knowledge of payment schemes (SWIFT, ACH, RTP), and experience with transaction systems and reporting tools. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
