Job Description
We are hiring a Non-Voice Chat Associate to handle customer inquiries via chat and email. Responsibilities include providing timely, clear responses, troubleshooting basic issues, logging cases, and escalating complex matters. Ideal candidates are fluent in written English, fast typists, comfortable with chat platforms, and possess strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Minimum high school diploma; customer service experience preferred. Shift flexibility, computer literacy, and attention to detail required.
