Job Description
MetaCommunications seeks a Booking Support Specialist to handle phone, chat, and email inquiries; resolve order, billing, and technical issues; provide accurate product/service information; document interactions; meet quality and performance standards; multitask. Qualifications: high school graduate, BPO optional, good English, basic computer skills, willing to work shifts (incl. weekends/holidays), onsite, able under pressure. Full-time permanent, fresh graduates welcome. Salary Php18,00–25,00/month. Benefits: health insurance, paid training, gym, flexible schedules, parking, promotion opportunities.
