Job Description

We are seeking an Airline Chat Support Specialist to handle customer inquiries via chat, provide booking assistance, answer flight and baggage questions, and resolve issues promptly while maintaining brand voice.

Requirements: excellent written English, airline or travel support experience preferred, familiarity with reservation systems, strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, ability to work shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities: respond promptly to chats, document interactions, coordinate with ground teams, and meet quality and response-time metrics.
