Job Description
Stefanini seeks an onsite Night Shift Workforce Management Data Analyst. ASAP starters preferred. You will collect, validate and analyze workforce and performance data to support forecasting, capacity planning and reporting. Build dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/Looker), prepare SQL/Excel/Google Sheets datasets, perform trend analysis, and support client presentations. Collaborate with SMEs to improve processes and document data sources. Requirements: 2–4 years in analytics/reporting (contact center/WFM preferred), strong SQL, Excel and Google Sheets skills, BI tool experience, WFM KPI knowledge (volume, AHT, SL, occupancy), and excellent communication. Full-time. Salary up to Php60,00/month. Work location: in person.
