Job Description

We are hiring a Process Management Expert to optimize and standardize business processes, lead continuous improvement, and ensure operational excellence across departments.

Responsibilities include mapping workflows, implementing process controls, driving Lean/Six Sigma projects, training teams, and measuring KPIs to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in process improvement, expertise in BPM tools, strong analytical and communication skills, and Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.
