Job Description
Eventscape Manila seeks a Production Assistant to support event production in Makati. Responsibilities include assisting senior management with administrative tasks and performance tracking; preparing costings and budgets; coordinating procurement and suppliers; maintaining stakeholder relationships; supporting venue, team, and quality-assurance coordination; preparing supplier briefing decks; and aiding event setup, operation, and teardown. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, 2 years’ events management experience, strong communication and basic computer skills, be an effective team player, and ideally have an established supplier/partner network. Job types: Full-time, fixed-term, temporary. Work location: in person in Makati; reliable commute or relocation required.
