Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sales Trainer for our BPO team to design and deliver engaging sales training programs. You will coach agents on consultative selling, objection handling, call control, and product knowledge, monitor performance metrics, and provide targeted feedback to improve conversion and retention. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in BPO sales or training, strong communication and coaching skills, and experience with learning management systems.
