Job Description
We seek a Customer Success Manager to build lasting client relationships, ensure successful onboarding, and drive retention and product adoption for our SaaS solutions.
Responsibilities include proactive account management, resolving escalations, collaborating with Product and Sales to deliver value, tracking KPIs (NPS, churn, expansion), and leading renewal and upsell activities.
Requirements: 3+ years in customer success or account management, excellent communication, data-driven problem solving, and experience with CRM tools.
