Job Description
Lead a high-performing appointment setting team focused on residential and commercial solar leads. You will coach agents, set daily targets, manage schedules, optimize scripts, monitor CRM activity, and report KPIs to sales management. Ideal candidate has 2+ years in team leadership, experience with outbound B2C/B2B calls, familiarity with solar or clean-tech sales, strong communication and coaching skills, and a target-driven mindset. Responsibilities include hiring, training, quality assurance, and coordinating with sales and operations to improve conversion rates.
