Job Description
Join Expand Offshore as an Insurance Verification Specialist. You will verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage, calculate co-payments, create and update insurance plans, maintain patient benefit records, contact insurers, complete billing documentation, verify patient information, billing and medical coding, and assist with claims examinations. You may also educate patients about their coverage. Requirements: self-motivated, accountable and goal-oriented; proficient with basic data applications (e.g., Excel); excellent spoken and written English; BPO experience is a plus; able to work with minimal supervision and willing to work night shifts. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: From Php17,00/month. Work Location: In person.
