Job Description
Lead and grow our commercial and accounting functions as Head of Business & Accounts. You will develop business strategy, manage key client relationships, oversee financial reporting, budgeting and cash flow, ensure compliance and internal controls, and supervise a team of accountants and business managers. Responsibilities include forecasting, pricing, contract negotiation, streamlining processes, and coordinating with auditors and tax advisors. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, 7+ years of combined business and accounting experience, strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel. Professional certification (CPA/ACCA) is a plus.
