Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Experience Executive to deliver outstanding service across channels, handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and drive satisfaction improvements.
You will collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams, analyze feedback, implement process improvements, and maintain CRM records and reports.
Requirements: 1–2 years in customer service, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, CRM experience, and fluency in English.
