Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Digital Marketing & AI Operations to lead our digital strategy and embed AI across marketing workflows. You will own paid and organic channels, customer acquisition, marketing tech stack, and AI-driven personalization to scale revenue and engagement.
Responsibilities include setting KPIs, managing cross-functional teams, implementing machine learning models for segmentation and optimization, overseeing analytics and attribution, and managing budgets. You will collaborate with product and engineering to deploy AI solutions that improve ROI.
Ideal candidate has 8+ years in digital marketing, proven AI/ML project experience, strong data fluency, leadership skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
