Job Description
Join WEATHERTECH REFRIGERATION AND AIRCON CO. as a Sales Admin Assistant based in Diliman, Quezon City. Responsibilities include client coordination (prepare proposals and quotations, handle inquiries, follow-ups), supplier coordination (obtain pricing and quotations), scheduling support (meetings and service appointments), documentation and reporting (maintain records and prepare sales summaries), interdepartmental coordination (liaise with Service, Purchasing, Accounting) and general administrative duties. This full-time role welcomes fresh graduates. Salary Php19,00–21,00/month. Benefits include company Christmas gift, on-site parking, promotion opportunities, pay raises, and potential for permanent employment. Work location: in person.
